Soya chunks have complete protein in'em that means they have all essential Amino acids in them - Amino acids are building blocks of protein. Its an excellent alternative for meat. But a true meat lover would never like to have these as it lacks flavor of its own , hence its better to mix these with other ingredients to make it attractive taste wise.

Soya chunks crushed or Soya granules - 1 cup
Egg - 1 (use more if you like)
Onion - 1 medium finely chopped
Garlic - 2 no's crushed

Coconut - 3 to 4 table spoon
Oil - 2 table spoon.
Salt to taste.
Method
* Soak the Soya granules in water for 10 - 15 minutes (if using whole chunks , its better to grind them after soaking to make it granules)
* Drain away the water and again pour water to it and cook these with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes in medium heat.(May need to cover them , and use a bigger vessel for cooking'em as these expand while cooking) Drain away the water and keep aside.
*Heat oil in a pan , add crushed garlic followed by finely chopped onion , saute these till nice and brown , add in lightly beaten egg. (Lightly beat egg with a pinch of salt before adding)
